I joined Global BrainForce as a Junior Developer right after graduating from college. During my first year, I worked on frontend development for e-commerce clients, primarily using React. By my second year, I had expanded into full-stack development and was given the opportunity to lead a small feature team. By year three, I was promoted to Senior Developer and started mentoring junior team members. Today, I lead a team of 8 engineers working on enterprise solutions for Australian and European clients.
